Blower Operation

The operator must be familiar with this procedure before starting the machine and operate the blower strictly in accordance with this procedure.
(1) Check the lubricating oil level in the oil tank. It should be between the upper and lower limits of the dipstick.
(2) Notify the substation to supply power to the machine.
(3) Check the on-board control cabinet. There should be no alarm display. If there is an alarm, find out the cause and eliminate it.
(4) Select the "manual" state. (Touch the "manual" key with your finger).
(5) Check whether the pressure relief valve is in the open position (the green light of the pressure relief valve is on). Check that the diffuser should be set to the minimum opening (the green light of the diffuser is on).
After the above checks and confirmation that the blower can be started, press the start button and the blower enters the start procedure:
(1) The auxiliary oil pump performs pre-lubrication for one minute (the green light of the auxiliary oil pump is on).
(2) The blower can start to run (the green light of the blower is on).
(3) The pressure relief valve is closed slowly (the green light goes out when the pressure relief valve is open, and the green light comes on when the pressure relief valve is closed two minutes later).
(4) The auxiliary oil pump stops running (the green light goes out when the auxiliary oil pump is running, and the red light comes on when it stops). At this point, the blower is started successfully and can be put into formal operation.
(5) If the blower fails to start as expected after pressing the start button, the red light of the low oil pressure alarm comes on one minute later, and the entire starting process stops. The cause must be found out and solved, and then the alarm is eliminated and restarted.
After the blower is started, the diffuser opening can be slowly adjusted according to production needs, and the diffuser "open" and "close" keys can be used to control it to ensure the necessary air volume.
When the blower is running, the blower must be monitored frequently, and attention must be paid to the blower's current, oil temperature, oil pressure, air inlet vacuum, sound, blower, temperature, vibration, etc. Keep records on time. If there is any abnormality, find out the cause in time and eliminate it, and report to the production department. If necessary, emergency stop measures can be taken (use with caution).
When a fan is stopped for production, maintenance or repair:
(1) Reduce the diffuser opening to the minimum (the diffuser minimum indicator green light is on).
(2) Touch the fan "stop" button with your finger and the shutdown procedure begins.
