a. The aerodynamic performance of the new axial flow fan remains basically unchanged. At the same flow rate, the measured noise of the new axial flow fan is 0.5-1.3dB lower than that of the prototype fan wheel (A-level sound pressure level);
b. The new axial flow fan reduces the lateral migration ability of the vortex zone near the suction surface and the wheel hub, enhances its radial migration ability, reduces the influence area of the secondary vortex in the blade channel, increases the mainstream area, slows down the mainstream, and reduces noise;
c. The new axial flow fan basically eliminates the leading edge separation phenomenon in the middle of the wingspan of the prototype fan
